Customer Service Representative Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd(HFCL) is looking for 15 Customer Service Representatives to join our busy team! This is a long-term, full-time, temporary assignment slated to last up to 18 months. The pay is $10.00-$11.00 per hour depending upon schedule. There are a variety of 8 hour shifts to select from, with hours ranging from a start time as early 7: 00 am, or an end time as late as 8: 30 pm, so candidates are able to request the shift that works best for their schedule! JOB DUTIES: Taking incoming calls from clients Providing requested material via email, fax, or mail Utilizing the company database to document call information in a paperless environment Resolving problems and assisting customers with questions Additional support duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Proficiency with MS OfficePer the client’s request, the ability to pass a criminal background investigation and a drug screen, and provide employment history for the past 7 years Proficient typing (40 WPM+) and data entry skills High school diploma or GEDA stable work history Excellent communication and listening skills
